Joss Stone fondness for anything ugly from a purple rinse to a crocheted bolero is such that she’s often more like a dog’s dinner than Pedigree Chum.

So we were surprised when Joss, 20, rocked up to New York fashion week’s Herve Leger party looking pretty good and outstanding wearing a Dulux colour chart, admittedly, but OK and fine.

But Tyra Banks and Victoria Silvstedt both 33, opted for the “more is more” option and had to pick up beetroot-faced waiters from the floor all night. 

But it’s a way to get free drinks.......
