Paris Hilton will finally be a free bird on June 26, after spending 23 days in the slammer.
The release date was determined by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Inmate Reception Center.
The exact hour of the heiress' release was however not disclosed.
Although her sentence was for 45 days, authorities have said that 22 days have been slashed, as credit for her good behaviour.
"There was some confusion as to whether it would be Monday or Tuesday, and we just wanted to let people know what was happening," People quoted sheriff's Sgt. Duane Allen, Jr, as saying.
Hilton was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case, and started her prison term on June 3.
